A warm and friendly welcome from this family run hotel. Fantastic views over to the Isle of Arran and proved handy for a visit to Campbeltown and the Isle of Gigha.
Will come back soon.

What can we say about the Dunvalanree.Well one could go on about the wonderfull food, the fantastic service, the superb views, and last but by no means least the attention given to each and every guest by Alyson & Alan was far more than we had expected.Without doubt this small hotel is well worth a visit if you are in the area. we both Hope to return many times in the future.

We really needed a relaxing break when we headed to the Mull of Kintyre. What we found at Dunvalanree was a warm welcome, comfortable surroundings and genial hosts. We had a lovely short break and it was really good to find somewhere that served beautifully cooked fresh food and good wine. An excellent small hotel which well deserves its\' reputation.

P.S. They even had Fairtrade tea and coffee in the rooms. Brilliant!

Probably the best restaurant we have ever dined in. Very friendly, with a homely atmosphere; the Arran beers are a must! Spent the evening chatting to other guests over our meal, very Agatha Christie.
Highly recommended for the food, but the views of Port Righ are simply unbeatable. A must if you are ever in Kintyre.
