All based on two sharing an en-suite bathroom.

When staying we can provide a three course dinner, including coffee for £25.

Rooms 1, 2 and 6 are available for single occupancy at
£75 for B&B or £99 including dinner

If children stay in the two rooms that share a Bathroom (Rooms 8 & 9) the rates for B&B are: Up to 11 years, £21.00 and 12 to 16 years £26.00

Cancellations
We reserve the right to charge the first night at B&B rate for cancelations of less than 48 hours notice and full dinner, bed and breakfast rate for no-shows.
